The location was not bad! I could sense the furnishings of the pandemic on services. The initial room I was given had an unclose able bathroom door. After 3 trips to the front desk-bound I was given some other room. The bathroom in the 2nd room : the door dragged on the floor when closing, simply was closeable; the bath fan did not work; one trash tin can was not leaned...had sticky substance in it.

Cracking place to relax off the road. Room service, etc. At starting time, my premium room I purchased via Travelocity showed as not available, and the Embassy Suites staff member offered me downgraded room, on a lower floor. I was non happy. Yet, the staff member made some calls, and found out that my premium room was indeed available, and ready. This was nifty, and I had a pleasant stay.

Needs some TLC
My suite had a pleasing layout and pleasant furnishings, simply they were non in good status and the room smelled similar either mildew or a dirty locker room. The burrow had missing pieces of pretend leather. The dorsum of the remote vicious off every time I touched information technology. The fridge needed to be defrosted so badly that it was no longer cool. The ice automobile on my flooring was broken.

Great staff & very clean - breakfast seals the deal
Very happy with our decision to stay here. The entire hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the staff was groovy. I was not thrilled with the price when booking but at present after the trip, I feel information technology was worth what I paid. What fabricated the departure to me in the price was the included breakfast, a hot cooked to order breakfast, that saved united states of america fourth dimension, money and stress every morning. We were able to merely become downstairs and have breakfast, and then walk back upward to our room and head out for our twenty-four hour period.

Clean, comfortable, made us feel right at domicile. Ruth'south Chris needs no review, it'south the best. Other places inside walking distance if you prefer. Breakfast does end a bit early (9 am). Information technology's worth getting up for! Recommended and would definitely stay here agin.
